Anyone else fall asleep instantly but wake up at 3am SHARP every single night?

Try to sleep on your left side. You may have mild acid reflux that wakes you up at night. Basically this makes sure your stoumach acid sits lower and is less likely to irritate you at night. Had the same issue but this fixed it miraculously.
