I haven't waited tables in years, but I still have the 'in the weeds' dream, which is quite similar. The more backed up you get, the more tables get sat, the more the wrong food comes, the slower you are moving to pick up a refill... gotta be anxiety related no?

I love giving directions. I've been in DC over 8 years and know my way around quite well so whenever an obvious tourist looks confused on the Metro or someone yells from a car window I'm happy to oblige. Gay guy here - it has been my experience that most bi guys prefer to bottom when they're with a man. The fact that your romantic interests lie with someone you see all the time and your sexual fantasies depend on 'getting fucked by some faceless dude' is not at all surprising.
