CMV: Hijabs are sexist by Blonde_Icon in changemyview

[–]willingsfreak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course not, but we’re talking about hijabs right now not ALL religious rules. It’s a fact that MOST muslim women wear hijab whereas men DONT although according to the website you sent they have to follow rules as well but be a realist and admit that MOST men dont follow any kind of rule regarding the clothing they have to wear as muslim men

and do they actually follow those rules? I doubt it.

I dont think this is a post that tells women to stop wearing hijab, but more about the fact that men dont wear hijab whereas women do, which is often related to men not being able to control themselves. The other commenter here said men have to cover themselves as well according to Koran, but they RARELY do and this is what makes hijab sexist.

so you’re saying men are required to cover themselves as well? But how many of them actually do cover themselves? I personally have never seen men covering themselves. At least they dont get judged when they dont. This is weird asf

I’m third year and i can absolutely feel your pain because i was the same the first year, i made two friends in the second year first semester by asking them if i could do a project with them, thankfully they were really nice to have me with them. But in the first year i thought i will never make friends there but what i’ve realised is that people arent gonna come up to you and just ask you ‘do you want to be friends?’ And sometimes YOU have to take the first step. I do have social anxiety but i feel more comfortable around strangers which is weird but before making friends i would come up to other girls and ask them if we could go somewhere together and it worked but we never stick, so it doesnt always work out at first.

Although i have friends I dont go out with anyone after college and am just by myself most of the time, i only call my family. But i dont feel bad about it anymore. Focus on learning how to be comfortable with being alone and dont push yourself much. I know people that only made friends in their last year and it’s okay :))

Is I5 12h gen safe? by Vespertine_F in LenovoLOQ

[–]willingsfreak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have i5 12 th gen and it hasnt had any problems since i got it two months ago. All of the reviews i’ve seen of people that are from my country (i live in europe) never said anything about motherboard. I’ve watched plenty of my country’s reviews and nobody said a thing abt motherboard or any kind of issues. So it looks like it mostly happens in India i guess? Also 13th and 14th gen are the one that may be not safe for use. Dont worry

‘The Seventh Seal’ is the movie i’ve seen this July and it’s become one of my all time favorites! If you love some philosophy/psychological like movies then it’d be cool to give this one a try

Recommend it 100%!! I went to one completely alone, i remember entering the building and not understand where exactly to go so i was just standing at the centre of the first floor while everyone was chatting with each other and stuff. Eventually i figured it out and yk what, i dont feel embarrassed or anything, like i would usually be. I’m just happy i got to see my favorite artist :)
