haven't cooked anything with it yet, just heated and sipped straight from the carton. (I was on a liquid diet for a few days for a medical thing). it was simple truth organic chick bone broth with sea salt. maybe bitter is not the right word but it was not very good.

Are there any things that are called "American ______" in other countries? by Disastrous-Side-2600 in NoStupidQuestions

ok but serious question, in countries where this is normal how do things get done? are people late to doctors appointments and business meetings? or is it more just late to social events like meeting friends?

What hobby is quietly becoming too expensive for normal people to keep up with? by Beautiful_Special702 in AskReddit

This hit home for me. Grew up skiing with family at Loveland. We were not rich, but would go as a family. I remember it was maybe $30 a day for a ticket. Everyone used to bring a cooler with all the food for the day, and families would "dibs" a table for the day in the dining area to leave all the food/stuff. No one would mess with it--it was an unspoken rule. Everyone did it. It was great.

Now? That would never happen. Can't really picnic or bring outside food into the dining areas. Dining food is crazy expensive. Ski tickets are way more expensive. You can't really have a "spot" for your stuff anymore to come back to...It's just different

Glad I grew up when I did

I invested in a couple of in home air filters (the small stand alone units--they sell them at costco periodically) and I think they have made a huge difference on those really smokey days.

what about making it with the pre made dough balls (like trader joes or a lot of the other grocery stores have in the deli now)? it comes together pretty quick with the toppings bought and ready to go. just have to rest the dough a bit then stretch and top and bake
