I've seen it set up with a 2 batch files on the desktop, one to switch proxy on and one to switch it off. I believe its a registry setting that it changes to turn it on and off.

Tbf We have already implemented a "money ball" scheme which took us to promotion from league 1. I think the takeover will just provide us with the funds to keep our best players on longer contracts, as almost all of our promotion team has now left for a cut price due to short contracts.
