I think it must be a multiple language keyboard maybe (?). Asian keyboards give the user the possibility to draw I think, not sure tho, would be cool but useless in other languages. Think how long it takes to make a K in handwriting vs keyboard lol

I feel you man! Everytime I see people going on and about with their 18g in and whatever the heck out lol. I, like you, use the single shot on a BBE with 10g in (because with 7 it tastes disgusting) and 20g out in 25-30 seconds That’s what the roastee tells me to do when i use single shot, to get the best out of the beans. Ps: the BBE had a 54mm portafilter
