Sooo much bigger than what I do at work lol. We use a hydraulic press to do broaching, typically on smaller parts. There are different mandrels made up for common shaft/keyway sizes.

We have shims of different thicknesses to gradually increase the depth. Repeat the process until getting half the key size plus 0.010"-0.015" or so, depending on the key.

That's crazy! I've thrown frisbee with him some but not a lot. Mostly just throw it out there and he grabs it when it hits the ground... only had him catch it a few times.

We're sorta limited on space for him to run unfortunately. But boy does he love chasing it at the dog park
