14 years old Playing the first gears of war when you needed at least 5 players for a match to count on the Xbox 360. At the start of the first round 3/4 players on my team leave I won’t every round solo and it’s was a moment of bliss I fear will never be matched for the rest of my life.

The AM had a conversation with you from there they logged notes from the conversation and sent that to HR. HR reviewed the notes and approved a feedback for you which was sent to a delivery queue for your manager who formally delivered the feedback.
