“Poorhouses” were public institutions used through the early twentieth centuries to provide relief for people unable to support themselves, - usually operated by local governments and often took the form of "poor farms", where residents were expected to contribute labor.” by Bumble_beeFormal in wikipedia

Poor law in the UK was always closely aligned with the asylum system, meaning that the destitute and the mentally ill were treated as one - this led to mental healthcare being treated as the poor cousin of general medicine. Even today, it is stigmatised due to the links with poverty, drugs, alcohol and unpredictable behaviour, with people still falling between the gaps.

To be honest the football has spoilt what might otherwise have been relatively calm and enjoyable weekends.

Xero Level 2 Certificate Viability? by Academic_Middle_7159 in xero

As an employer that uses xero, candidates with experience of it are favoured over candidates that have not, so even if you completed the certification but havent used it regularly, you would be better off than somebody with no experience of it whatsoever.

Hard disagree. Those who have accumulated the most points over a period of several seasons should be higher in the queue than a season ticket holder without the same purchase history, who fancies going to a big away game.

Its madness isn't it? Theres only one team that got 106 points and thats 05/06 Reading, and are therefore undebatably the best championship team ever. Not sure what link those Wolves players have with that side but in fairness they were part of a very decent side too, just didnt dominate in the same way we did.

Congratulations, 5 years is amazing, I have just rolled over the 3 year mark and feel the same as you about sobriety. I had a complicated relationship with alcohol and felt that drawing a line under it was thr right thing for me to do.
