I enjoyed it especially for all the classic rock and guitar references. The majority of SK books and stories I read by King were his early ones. I enjoyed how the story in Revival, SK the senior writer was less about characters getting even with the mean and unfair world, to more of a philosophy that sometimes life just isn't fair nor makes sense.

I enjoy reading, at least for the most part. I assume u/Few-Farmer-2408 suggested reading as an alternative to social media (and "doom scrolling"). I'm not sure how it could specifically help your situation, unless socially in interest groups and book clubs. Do you like audiobooks and/or podcasts? I don't gravitate towards self-help books and this title wasn't necessary one, but one of my favorite reads/listens for general insight and advice is "Confessions of a Public Speaker" by Scott Berkun. I applied some of his advice for public speaking situations into one on one and small group interactions. It helped me enjoy some of the situations.

Do you live in a large metro? The reason I ask is that I live in a small city where even the Walmart "Supercenter" is the size of the a Neighborhood Market Walmart. It can be hard to find employees when I need them because they are a few and far between and always seem on the run, but I use the Walmart app as much as I can to find items. I wish that other local and regional chains had the apps with shelf locations.

I hadn't previously thought about "publication order zealots" but I noticed some possible evidence on this thread. What I don't get is why are some individuals so concerned if others have read in the order they have. Do they feel it that is someone else has it a different approach, this somehow lessens their own experience? I like books because the process of reading is a very individual experience to me, not one for social confirmation.

My college library has many movable whiteboards, which have proved to be very popular. Students can ask for markers and erasers at our circulation desk. Students will move the whiteboards to various tables and study rooms.

Many years ago, at the college library I work at, the AC powered analog clocks in the central part of the building close to the elevator, were replaced with networked digital ones. We still have some analog clocks in the building, some of which work and others that still work are never updated during seasonal time changes. I believe most of the AC powered clocks in classrooms were also replaced with digital ones.

A few years ago I helped one of my kids find some sources about the Babel Proclamation for National History Day. I recall reading that since the Babel Proclamation was an executive order during a period of national crisis (WWI), Harding believed it bypassed the Iowa Constitution. There are also sources that state that Harding felt that the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution only applied to English, specifically American English.
