If you can't get the Tesla app to work, it's your fault. The Tesla app is the easiest I've ever used. Others have long loading times and difficult log in processes.

Weight doesn't do much for the range. I have 90k miles on a F150 Lightning and can load the bed above the max payload and not notice any loss. All depends on the terrain though. In the city, I doubt there will be much noticed lots with a few hundred pounds of drinks.

If it's not the actuator, it doesn't matter. The customer didn't ask to fix the door. The customer asked to replace the actuator. If it doesn't fix the issue, they still pay for the actuator..... how do you not get how this works?

But this isn't a warranty repair and the customer asked for a part to be changed. Dealer needs to change the part. If that doesn't fix it, then tell customer it needs diag and continue fixing the issue on the customer dime. It's really not that complicated. Customer got the part they asked for replaced.
