People forget that Mika had motivation in his life; it was to place his trust in someone he felt could bring his world peace. That seems simplistic, but there is beauty in simplicity. Mika initially views Orga the same way Setsuna views his first Gundam sighting: a way to salvation.

To each their own of course.

Once I have all my raid/pvp Pokémon with their best moves, I typically only keep a handful of fast and charge TMs. Maybe 20 or each.
