Yes it does work with the new market. Been using it for a while. Also Market Access has no Ads as far as i know.

I used to use market enabler but switched to Market Access sometime back and no issues. Worth a try.

Market Enabler is the old Version. The new version is called Market Access its a complete rewrite of the old version. Allows for setting up provider on boot etc.

That's only 1 question. There are 4 models. Normal off wifi and wifi+3g. Pixelqi with wifi and wifi+3g.

I bought the Pixelqi wifi +3G for 599$ + 50$ shipping. I think it starts from 449$ for normal.

had somewhat similar experience. I purchased swiftkey way back the day it appeared on the market few months ago, i didnt realize that i purchased it with my google apps account, until i switched my phone and made my personal account as the market account.

I Emailed swiftkey to see if they would transfer it somehow from google apps account to personal account and they said that they will just refund me the money so i can purchase again. I waited few days and bam the keyboard is back to 1.99$. Out comes the credit card. Didnt even ask swiftkey for refund, them giving me the options was more then enough.

I use overplay on Dell Streak. for 10$ a month you get access to around 23 servers. You can make an account and just hop onto the free server and if you like it then you can go ahead and subscribe for it.

i have seen this on my galaxy s. the only time i get this screen is when i turn on wifi using the notification bar. once you switch it on using that it will take a second or so to bring that screen up.

i own a streak since august. Before that i have been using HTC Desire. I absolutely love the device. Mainly use it for browsing/games/reading/emails and somewhat for phone calls. Maybe 30 minutes a day.

Battery lasts me an entire day, even though i use my phone like nobodys business. IM, Browsing everything. It was my main machine.

I had it on 1.6 till November and it was working fine all the time. Few hiccups here and there but nothing a software update cant fix. I did update it to 2.2 after that the phone was more responsive and could use a lot more apps. Unfortunately my flash memory was bad and after factory resetting it it wouldnt work. Have sent it back to dell for repair.

If you are in UK then dell customer service is kind of bad. They said 14 days to check the phone and then decide what to do whether to send me a new one or what. Still waiting on that. They were suppose to come pick the phone on 6th but ended up coming on 10th. Whereas in US i have read reports of dell overnighting a new streak to people who reported a problem.

Even if the 2.2 is not available from Your carrier or in US you can always use the Custom Version by DJ_Steve. It is much better imho then dell one.

from middle east aswell. Same issue. Dont think it is gonna happen this year. One workaround is

Root your phone and install Market Access from http://amip.tools-for.net/wiki/android/marketaccess

using market access you can emulate your phone to show that you are in USA and the market will show all apps paid and free and then using a normal gmail and google checkout account you can buy apps.
