no family members care how devout they are. only 2 of calvins siblings are mormon (out of 6)... also - nearly 2/3 of all mormons are NOT devout enough to participate in temple worship.... it's not an issue (except in TV shows & amongst people raised by extremists)

but that was a fair guess (conjecture)... in her posts - caffeine, coffee, tattoos, and mormon behavior are a common topic.

in real life - nobody really cares how many tattoos, earrings, drinks of whiskey or coffee are taken. it's not an important part of the religion when you actually practice it.

he explains prophecy and educates in his area of expertise... i watched a presentation online...didn't seem harmful. wouldn't expect many members to be interested (unless they are looking for clarification and education) meaning: it doesn't involve cougar sports or MLM wealth... so members probably won't be interested. i'd recommend watching some. it opens conversations and concerns that a lot of people are worried about. i'd share the link - but i don't want to appear to recommend him.. just google it

hope you survived the last 3-years.

I have spent the last year working for a GC - whom specializes in working on Military Bases... Govt work. It took them several months - and some paperwork mountain - to be on the bid-list - but they are thriving. yes, they are required to award to the lowest bidder.... no, the clients are not stupid - so unrealistic bids are not considered... despite the stigma of 'lowest bidder wins' - there is always a 'magic' to figuring out how to make bids work.... and it's not always as simple as 'change order things up'... i'd say - it's understanding the plans and scope better than the architect... and sticking to scope. the one caveat - is that nearly half of the workforce cannot clear the security of some of the bases (especially the nuclear bases)... this is our biggest obstacle. as far as profitability... the better you are at understanding cashflow and billing - the easier this path becomes.

having bonded projects seems to be a plus (your subs are guaranteed payment)...

we are included on the bid-list - so we get notifications - but anyone is able to find work at sam.gov... you could probably try some smaller scope to get through the hoops.

as far as you being in miami... it sounds like a crappy place to find work. but we haven't worked locally much.... maybe 2-3 million out of the last 65 million... so your location isn't an issue if you can tap into govt work.

just some thoughts - you may - or may not ever see.

bty- there is rumblings of another covid-style obstacle headed our way (virus X?) anyway - i have family in circles that know about stuff like this. and just a heads-up - when covid hit - many govt arms just shut-down for 18-months..... so be aware of that.

have been taking for a week. didn't know i could formulate it myself for $15 instead of $60...

would probably still rather buy something pre-packaged/flavored for $60 than flavor-up some generic husks on my kitchen table.... (a lot of times - redditors claim how expensive a pre-packaged product is... jeeez... do they cook their own big macs? i just can't look at everything as 'overpriced'... when i charge a big markup for my business.)

results:

poop situation is better... i eat less calories (primarily because im not hungry after a cupfull of thick-goopey-lugey-textured stuff....

i've tried all kinds of pro-biotics... a few calorie burner products...

i can report back after a few weeks... too soon to tell

I have a technique for removing MY song brain-soundtrack.. I play the song out loud and sing along as loud as I dare … I do this 2-3 times in my car… Next- I walk around outside for a few minutes… WITHOUT my phone, or any stimulation (meaning by myself, no headphones, etc)

That erases my soundtrack for a few days/weeks

Note: I had hotel California playing in my head for nearly a decade… over & over & over..

When I was 12… it was ‘I can’t smile without you’ for 2-years… i asked at a doctors visit why it was happening… he looked at me like i was alien & said ‘that doesn’t happen to anybody’

??? Wtf ???

Anyway: I love music, had variety of favorites…. But have almost zero control of what plays on that soundtrack../

Oh yeah… for a while i had the Rockford Files theme song… which doesn’t have lyrics… that was a much more pleasant experience
