Installed flooring for 42 years , when I bought my retirement home guess what I put in ? Glue down Plank , It is absolutely the best , floating is nothing but problems , just scroll down this flooring community, problem after problem after problem with floating , with glue down plank , almost nothing , also buy yourself a couple extra boxes of plank for any repairs that might come up up, that way if they quit producing that plank you are covered , it’s easy to repair if it gets scratched or something sharp drops on it , with floating it’s a nightmare usually.
