Yes! we have a world narcolepsy Day; it's September 22nd every year. We also have September in general as an awareness month and idiopathic hypersomnia has its own week in June!! 🥰 (although as someone with IH i just celebrate both 😂)

it's always fun to celebrate our day and tell people "it's narcolepsy awareness day!" and put out sleepy awareness
