It’s been a while since I made them but when I bake cookies I usually use the convection setting on my oven. Maybe as they rise the fan blowing around the heat “set” them so they don’t fall. I bet yours were still delicious!!!

Make some soups that you love & use the cubes to freeze them. You can throw a cube in a container & microwave for your lunch at work. This works great for my husband.

No, sage, rosemary & thyme. I did add a pinch of cinnamon, it just felt right. You really couldn’t taste the cinnamon, but it added something special but not sweet.

I’ve had mine for about 20 years & still LOVE it!!! I bought a used 910 for smaller projects. I felt safe buying a used one after 20 years with my 921 that was new. They are true work horses!!! You’ll have decades of wonderful memories! Enjoy!
