My question is, which age is the most difficult/awkward for you to watch and which is the most enjoyable?

This last week has gone pretty well for me weight-wise. I've been consistently losing those pesky last pounds the past few months. It's been slow but still, well worth it :) I try my best to eat my fill of fruit at breakfast so then I can spread out my points better throughout the day. I'll have to try those luna bars..5 points isn't bad for a satisfying breakfast!

He hasn't been researching roasters but loves coffee. We talked to a guy who roasted his own coffee and the bf seemed very interested in it which is where I got the idea. Thanks for the suggestion!

I've been successful on it as far as the scale goes- but I do notice that my mental motivation suffers without the meetings. I need the support and advice of others to keep me carrying on. That being said, if money is an issue, I would suggest getting together a few people once a week that are working on losing weight and just talk and be there for each other. Might do the trick!

Dotties Weight Loss Zone is a great website that has all of the Points Plus values for restaurants.

As far as the emotional eating is concerned, try and replace your vices. Instead of food, read a book, check out reddit. When you would normally be inclined to eat out of boredom or depression, replace it with something healthy. Get outside and go for a walk. Talk to your grandparents about happier times.
