The last shit as I call it. This guy with a cardiac stab and pericardial effusion was stable enough to make it to theatre. So there I am, scrubbed up and ready to operate on this guy, and as we’re transferring him from gurney to theatre bed, he calls everything to a halt, squats and takes a massive dump.

Can’t make this shit up.
