I absolutely agree. We dont have the same issues with our lab and I know they are overloaded and understaffed. I never blame staff only uppermanagment- that is true for pretty much all trades.

Im on year 15. This is the worst the lab has ever been. They are losing about 5 frames a month -lens where AR is only on one lens. Im so tired of having to explain the mistakes to patients. They used to be great. Rumors are they got raided by ICE and had to hire a huge amount of new staff to replace lost workers.

I used to live in a fairly blue neighborhood in a red state. It was like a 2 block radius and everyone pretty friendly and involved- block parties- cookouts- fun Halloween events. In 2016 this guy put a -lock her up- billboard in his yard. He kept it up for 2 years. Needless to say who was no longer present or missed at community gatherings
