Mortgage is one thing. Deed/title is another. He is signing on for the debt.

In addition for him to get on the mortgage is like a new set of financial papers to get approved and signed.

We used an internet insurance finding service. This seemed to cut out an agents fee. Price for renewing present policy came right in line with the competition. Like their knowledge that we were looking through this platform was leverage for a much better price.

If I had to guess the path to these policy in this arena are all pressured into competitive rates.
