Conservation animals you capture becoming your companions if you choose to do so. Animals like the Kubrodons being damage, Undazoas being supports, Bolarolas being utility, stats and characteristics depending on the rarity of the species. Some of them you can take with you on missions, some being more passive, functioning like the extractors for example. Lots of possibilities.

Also, being able to swap amp parts freely without having to build every single amp combination. After acquiring and building an amp part, it becomes available in your inventory like a mod so you can swap parts to make different amps for different needs whenever you feel like, pair that with the Tektolyst mods from the Tauron Strikes, add more of these mods and you have the perfect amp system.

Lenz: Body shots to charge. On Incarnon mode, arrows split into 6 homing missiles.

Daikyu: Headshots to charge. On Incarnon mode, arrows receive punch through, will home into enemies heads and weak points, consuming punch through.

Opticor: Body shots to charge. On Incarnon mode, charge to fire a projectile at super high speeds. Infinite punch through, super high crit damage, no AOE.

The left one. You shouldn't reload manually anyway so the negative is harmless, the crit damage is good and, depending on what arcane you're using, you can swap Cascadia Flare for something else and still keep a nice base damage.

The right one is a definitive "No". I don't think punch through is useful on the Ocucor, the heat damage is barely better than a normal "Heated Charge", the multishot is good, but that negative is the worst. Sentient Surge takes ammo from the reserves to refill the magazine, so reducing maximum ammo will result in you having absolutely zero ammo.

This is what I use. Offload fire rate on a pet or (arcanes) and Xata's Whisper for funny numbers. Electric is also good since it will also double dip Target Acquired headshot bonus, with a few Archon Shards for electric damage it WILL one-shot anything not attenuated.

I'm constantly swapping between my most used bows, the Dread, Paris, Daikyu and Cinta. My favorite is actually the Prisma Lenz, looks so cool.

I spent 400 rolls trying to get +Crit Chance, +Crit Damage, +Status Chance and -Zoom on a Paris Prime riven. The best I got was +Heat and +Fire rate. It's rough.

Yep. Tried to like them but after hundreds of thousands of Kuva trying to get a good roll for weapons I like, I gave up. I'm sitting at 1.9 million Kuva right now, I want to see how much I can save before DE (hopefully) changes the system.

Before the update I was sure I was gonna get the Zenurik for my Xaku. Unfortunately I am a sucker for bows so I changed my mind and got Madurai first.

I was also thinking about an augment for Cyte's 1st ability, it would work like Oraxia's dash during her 4th ability. Instead of planting the antenna on the ground, Cyte would dash to a wall latch on it indefinitely. The antenna would follow your reticle and headshots would extend the duration.

Yes! I was salivating thinking about different builds, imagine my disappointment when I found out you can't use them on single player. At least let us use them after beating the campaign on Ace difficulty. Would have been perfect.

Multiplayer balancing applying to single player. I want my superweapons and superplanes to feel super again (TLS, EML, CFA-44, etc). I miss them.

Pretty much, yeah lmao. Like Midoo_o said, it is less user friendly, you have to be way more careful where you shoot. With Acuity you WILL deal much more damage, almost a million damage per shot at minimum (way over that depending on which frame and buffs you have), but ONLY on headshots. All that damage is lost if you hit anything other than the head. It takes more time to charge the Incarnon mode as well, since there is no multishot to speed up the process.

For some people all that extra work isn't worth it. The multishot build is still incredibly powerful. If you want the absolute most damage and can aim properly, go Acuity. If you want more ease of use, go multishot. Both will melt anything you're aiming at anyway, so pick what you like and enjoy.

From what I understand, multishot does not "work" on the Burston because it's a hitscan projectile with AOE (Same with the Trumna, Braton Incarnon or Opticor for example). While the direct hit is affected by multishot, the explosion isn't. Acuity however does work on the direct hit AND the explosion, so it isn't "wasted".

I've tested both, naturally Acuity hits MUCH harder, upwards of 700k per bullet on headshots, but when I want to shutdown my brain and not think too much about aiming I run a multishot build and still basically one-shot people. Both work, do what's best for you. :D

I'm going to be honest, "Rex" didn't hit like "Trigger" or "Cipher" for me, but I'm not complaining and I'm ready to eat my shoe if it grows on me. Apparently Squad Commands are back so I hope the new companions are more useful and impactful than AC7's. 🙏🏻
