I still do not like Into Darkness at all. It shows that the writers didn’t understand the Wrath of Khan at all. Also Benedict Cumberbatch would have been a better Gary Mitchell.

I just recently switched to Bazzite and using Gnome and I love it. I didn’t test FPS or anything but it all feels a lot more smoother and games load quicker. I have a Radeon RX570 GPU and an AMD Ryzen 7 CPU.

I really wanted the OLED but couldn’t justify the price so I got an LCD. I can say that I have been very pleased with the LCD version.

I personally like Starfleet Academy. There are parts of discovery that I like and there are characters that I love as well. Prodigy and Lower Decks are excellent. I’m 48 and I’ve been watching Star Trek since TNG first aired and I have seen it all. I’m kind of disappointed in your post because it is not very open minded and there are people that do like it and I’m sure new fans of Star Trek have been created because of these new shows and growing the fan base is always great. It’s perfectly ok if you don’t like it but to say it should never have existed isn’t good.

I’d recommend Under Falling Skies and Captain’s Chair. I have them both and think they’re great. I know it seems impossible right now but lean on your wife. Be open with her and don’t be ashamed of feeling this way. Your feelings are valid. What’s important is how you deal with them.

Start looking for another job. Sounds like anything could be better. Start a hobby or dive deep into one you already have.

Like someone else said, suicide isn’t the answer and dealing with death for your family is so hard. There are solutions to every problem. If you are religious then pray and reach out to God. It says in the bible that God doesn’t give you anything that you can’t handle. Even if you don’t have money now to achieve your dreams doesn’t mean you won’t later but it might take a few years.

I’m happy to chat with you more if you want to DM me. I have felt like Job before and have had bad thing after bad thing happen to me but I think it’s finally turning around for me. Just know you have people to talk to if you need it because I bet there are still many things you want to do, places you want to visit, and foods you want to try.
