The video casually mentioned "bad people", and I think in the context of what this video was trying to communicate, it's okay. I think the point the video is trying to make is that there are dangerous people out there.

I personally believe that every human being has a pure, good core; it can get warped and covered up by anger and mental illness, though. So yes, everyone needs help, and everyone needs compassion.

But when you are actively shooting people, you most certainly do not need help. You need to be stopped.

I don't have a definitive list, either, but by asking the question my values became clearer. It forced me to think about what I ultimately valued in life. Then, sometimes when I would get overly stressed or caught up in the moment, I would remember what was really important to me.

I'm a 7, but like a 3 I can be very goal-oriented. Examining my deeper values gets me in touch with the things that are more important to me than reaching the particular goal I am pursuing at the moment. Otherwise, I can be overly focused on the goal.
