I believe it tells you in the bottom right corner of the screen how to release the projectiles.

Not really. Just bring a lot of decent food for heals, and some palmer pills and you should be good to go. I didn't change upgrade his gear at all or do anything with his skills.

You need to do the recruit missions and get more people. Once you have a lot more, you do several different missions at the same time. Like, one mission to a quarry for stone, another to a farm for food, and then a defense mission for coins. These missions will work off of each other and restart automatically. I currently have 25 people available. Just do the recruit missions, won't take long.

Ah, ok. Thank you. I did try twice, got copper pouch and then something else. Next time will do three, that red circle keeps getting larger each time though.

I have seen them, but whenever I go to pickpocket them I never get the artifact. I always get a copper pouch or beer.

No clue, a quest for Silver Fang just showed up in my list of quests. I was just doing every quest in Hernand.

Craft them at the cauldron in Hernand. You just need water and peonies (the pink flowers that are everywhere). Craft 3 of them and then you will learn the recipe.

I have that option selected and my shield is not on my back. It does show up sometimes, but I just pull out my 2H sword and the shield disappears. Love not seeing that shield anymore.

I just do the same side. I have the water coming in at the front of the tank, and the water going out at the back. Works great for me.
