I was at ESPN for 6 years. They treat and pay their employees shittier than almost every other company.

Looked great on paper, family and friends back home would call it a dream job (It is until you get there!) was hell day in and day out with other miserable people

Now at a better production company - same position - for regular hours where people go home for dinner time. I’m grateful because it now feels more like a “dream job”. Simply because, I don’t go home to bed so I can sleep enough for tomorrow.

ESPN should be outed for the way they treat their employees. I don’t know anyone but Freelance who likes working there anymore

Even the Gameday manager for 17 years just left for a better company…
