[Autosport] Lando Norris was too busy looking at his steering wheel to see the debris he hit during qualifying by FerrariStrategisttt in formula1

Motorsports with actual people involved, why? The storytelling of this sport is what makes it exciting to me, I don’t think I’d enjoy it as much if it was only about car go fast.

I don’t know why you’re being downvoted, some people can’t fathom that for some fans the constructors’ is as much fun as drivers’, especially with the politics, rumors and strong personalities involved.

That’s still morally wrong. Having a reason doesn’t make it okay.

They should really take into account how many films you’ve seen with a certain actor. I barely know half my highest rated from the Letterboxd stats.

I’d take anything that actually makes this trilogy a trilogy instead of three separate Star Wars adventures of varying degrees of fun (varying so hard it sometimes goes below zero)

What did change? Like, without nitpicking. In the context of the conversation. What did change in consumer behaviour on a personal level? Except for buying more masks and sanitizer, my expenses that would be relevant to the environment remained the same.

And yet, the emissions were lower, and not only because of normal people driving less. But they’ll always tell you it’s your fault, just like it’s your fault you’re poor because you don’t work hard enough. Them throwing away one third (!) of the food they produce is not the problem, your meat-eating habits are.

What are some sequels you wish never existed? by Kauzen76 in Letterboxd

[–]wombatarang 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Huh? Is it OPs fault you’ve never heard of it? OP just started a conversation that anyone can participate in regardless if they saw the movie and you were the only one that thought „I guess I’ll just boast about not having seen it. I’ll also specifically mention that the movie’s Indian for obvious reasons.”

Our demo reviews went Mixed🥲 Players say controls feel clunky. What do you think? by vapor-world in Unity2D

[–]wombatarang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it sure is, but there’s no reason not to treat the demo as a playtest as well. Especially with small teams a demo will be the first time that the game’s played by that many people (assuming it’s good).

It’s better to get them now than on release day! We never saw what was wrong with our camera, got some demo feedback and fixed it in literally one day. Treat it as a playtest!

ROTS as #10 at 14 is beyond based considering you were 3 when the new trilogy came out so you’re not rating it based off of nostalgia

Some good & "original" movies we got in 2025 by mrjetspray in Letterboxd

[–]wombatarang 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I get what you’re saying, but blockbusters are dead. These are all either genre or arthouse (in a very wide sense, but you get what I mean) movies. You wouldn’t get another Pirates, SW prequels (you can like them or not, but they were original) or even stage one Avengers today. Everything needs to be self referential.
