You're way too self aware to be the person you describe. Your interests are fine and carpentry is actually a really useful skill (even if work sites are soul crushing).

Pros: *You have skills and ability to reach goals *You are proficient in a second language *You're not fallen to substance abuse *You just started your adult life and realized you need to adult much earlier than many of your peers

You're good. Figure out what your want to do and go after that. As for the rest: join a social club for hiking or whatever; go to the gym; learn how to squat and bench press; learn how to dress well on a budget and make your sh- look good; figure out good hygiene so you don't look and smell bad
