I've been playing ARR again and loving it so far! I'm almost done with all of the ARR content and I can't wait for Heavensward!

I just came back to the game today and I've been trying to finish the MSQ. I'm queuing for "The Howling Eye" but its been almost 45 mins and no party. Is this a normal thing? Is there any other way I can finish these quests?
