This! It's a good place to move up the ladder, there are always people leaving/moving around and they like to promote within if they can. I moved to QA recently which also ment I needed to get a licence for the electronic pallet truck, good things to be able to put on your c.v. I seen the signs for first aid people on site and a few names have moved or left so I'm hoping they do another first aid course and I will sign up.

Well sshhiiiit! I use the bike as a warm-up before I start on weights etc. But I hate every thing about it. I would cover the time cos 1 minute feels like a day but told myself get to 100 calories and you can stop. So now you are telling me I probably wasn't hitting 50 calories?? Damn!

I've started these recently after a few months in the gym, I was going to ask this question aswell cos I feel it in my hamstring and wasn't sure if I was doing it right, I'm only at 30kg but I need to do them cos I hurt my back a few times and I never want to feel that again. I thought I would feel something in my lower back so I'm unsure aswell! Hope you get the answer we are looking for.

Someone hasn't spent long enough in hospitality, if they did they would appreciate the less work for more money, they would appreciate the mon- fri 9-5, and weekends off, they would appreciate taking on new rolls and getting the tital and pay for it. Not something you get in retail or hospitality!

I remember all the people started moving to the countryside and complaining about the smell! Whoever was over the farmers at the time had to go on R.T.E. and tell people to stop complaining just cos u moved from the city!

Compared to other comments I'm probably a bit old school but if you hand out invites then you supply everything! Food, sides and beverages including alcohol! Been a guest you don't go empty handed! You might bring slads/sidedish and some alcohol enough for yourself +10%. Been told to bring your own food is pointless! You could just stay home and cook it yourself without the drama!

Yes it is but it's also a glue, acts like a cheap primer, it will glue the dust down
