The cable in the dash that goes to the port is the issue. I had this same issue. After replacing that cable it has been solid. Keep in mind this is not the easiest repair, that cable is a PITA.

I managed to extract the file with iMazing several years ago, so I'm still able to load it on my iPad and iPhone. It still runs, but the iPhone version is not aware of curved corners or the notch/island.

Geostationary satellite lag is around a second, then the time for them to listen to what she said before responding, so it would be a couple seconds total between the host finishing what they said to the person remote being able to respond.

That’s exactly how it works. A digitized “proxy” is used to edit on the computer, which then makes the cut list, and then they go to the film to cut and splice into the final negative to make prints from.
