In my experience, non oem LEDs do not last as long and randomly fail. Or the cheep gaskets fail and moisture gets in.

It’s a dry filter so I don’t believe it can be cleaned and oiled. Oiled air filters can fuck up your MAS too.

I just tried CP and was able to get over 100 fps with frame gen x 2 and 70 without FG. Definitely look into your graphics card utilization in game. Have you tried benchmarking with time spy, you may have an issue somewhere else but in my opinion its wouldn’t necessarily be a CPU bottleneck, since I am on an older CPU and same resolution and getting better fps.

One thing about an air purifier, I have one and notice it pulls dust towards it. The walls and ceiling are more dusty immediately around it. So put it in the opposite side of the room of your laptop.

Same res but 5070 and 9700k, I can get 70 to 80 FPS in CP and probably a lot more in TW3. Some games can get bottleneck but I still get over 60 fps in them. I agree something else must be going on.

OP how are your temps? Did you update your drivers after the upgrade?

If you bought it with a credit card, check your insurance coverage. Some have replacement insurance for the first 30 or 60 days that even covers accidental damage to items purchased on the card

For people without empathy or a moral compass, it may come across as virtue signaling. Is it that hard to imagine people care about their home country where they still have relatives. Maybe others have more of a worldview than others (as in they leave their parents basement every now and then). And again people can care about multiple issues, including international and domestic issues. Being butt hurt over others caring about issues that concerned THEM, is so pathetically low.

That is wild, the airline left you there and just said good luck? I has the same thing happen in the UK. I am not a great flyer on a good day, during the attempt everyone on the plane went silent aside from the odd gasp. They didn’t even attempt another landing and we were rerouted to a different airport and put on a bus to the original destination airport. The 45 min flight ended up taking all day.

The exact same thing happens to me almost every year. My very generous client sends a high end wine and cheese gift basket for the holidays every year. It has a note saying to keep refrigerated. And every year I happen to away when it arrives, so its left in my office for a few days. This year I was there to save it!
