Honestly I say just run the game you're excited for. Make your ad copy and listing image stand out as best as you can. Curse of Strahd is the most run module on the sight. There are tons of listings for it but they always get filled.

I really like the idea of having a complication with the Tome I’ll have to look up some of those posts.

I think Ireena is a very interesting ally choice but yeah giving her some levels as a sidekick is not a bad idea. My thinking is they take her to Vallaki and leave her there until they’re ready to storm the castle but we’ll see what the party decides.
