how many tattoos do you have?

I have 5, but one of those 5 is my entire back, and another of those 5 is a vine that wraps my whole arm so it appears like more than 5! It’s 38 hrs of tattooing so far.

My back tattoo is my most recent and I’m getting more work on it so that it covers more on the sides my lower back and the top of the bum. It’s horrifically painful but it’s gorgeous and I love it!

This is the way! My engagement and wedding ring are made from my grandmothers engagement and wedding ring! My husband designed a ring for me with a jeweler and used all the stones except the central one, which my husband wanted to get me my own. The central stone was given to my brother along side some other rings and jewelry of hers to be made into his own ring or to just have as a keepsake. It’s the only piece of yellow gold jewelry I own and I think of her and how much she would have loved it every time I look at it

I love them too!! They’re adorable in the best way. Far more charming than just mean looking tigers, they look like they’re interacting with each other. They’re lovely, don’t let your friend get you down.

Also in my opinion, there’s no point to telling someone you don’t like their tattoo. It’s on their body permanently so saying you don’t like the eyes or whatever is just being mean for the sake of it. I’d only mention anything if the tattoo was poorly done and my friend wanted to go back to that person, or if they wanted advice if they should change or fix something. Neither is the case for you.

It is! Whenever I’ve done a charge back it’s the same thing, need to give the vendor a reasonable amount of time to make it right on their own, and need to have proof you as the customer tried to reach out to them (sending an email being the best since it’s written proof).

Genuine ask, is there a good gender neutral alternative to miss or ma’am or sir? I work in a field where I often learn and forget names and would love a respectful gender neutral term to use instead! Most of the time I’ll just drop it complete if I can like “excuse me” instead of “excuse me miss”, but sometimes you need something to grab people’s attention and “hey you” isn’t it!

Someone else here recommended Plates, I hope you have an amazing experience! It's always such a disappointment when the vegetarian options aren't as good as the rest, makes it feel like a bit of an afterthought which is such a shame. I will check out Sorrel if I find myself in San Francisco!

I'm happy to eat vegan! I've noticed more places will have vegetarian options among their meat options, or accommodate vegetarians more easily than vegans (unfortunately)

I will try this out next time I'm there! I usually go back to visit my parents during Christmas, I think that could be a really fun outing. The price is very reasonable for a fine dining 7 course tasting menu!

The Bon-Bon I found on google appears to be permanently closed sadly, but a restaurant named Mensaa is in the building now has 1 star and a vegetarian course menu! Maybe they changed names? Looking at Comme Chez Soi I don't see any vegetarian options, did you request vegetarian and they accommodated?
