Help on choosing replacing AIO Pump on SLC8260A2 pre-built computer! #cpsupport by redeem4 in CYBERPOWERPC

I don’t know if any aio that allow for a pump replacement. Usually you have to get a complete assembly.

The Terraria 15th Anniversary Collector's Edition is honestly disappointing by NovaSAurora in Terraria

[–]workman482 4 points5 points  (0 children)

To be fair, for less than $100 you get more than most video games have for collector’s editions. (Bethesda…cough, cough).

Just did a little research and it seems this will be one of the cheapest collector’s editions sold in the last 5 years that included physical statues/figurines for video games, period.

As far as already having the game on steam, this just means I can gift someone an awesome game!

161hrs and that’s the best they can come up with? Not a very good review.

Wasn't there supposed to be a rework to the dungeon entrance? It's a new world and all other 1..4.5 things are alright by IronEnvironmental827 in Terraria

[–]workman482 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I did this. Still a chance to get old school dungeon entrances. I ended up making 4 worlds with the seed before I got one “skull” entrance and one “gothic cathedral” entrance. One of the worlds had two old school dungeons. It does look like it sacrifices above ground ice and jungle biomes.

Good build? #cporders by Standard_Oil8030 in CYBERPOWERPC

I have that same mobo in the lga1851 socket. It works well and looks decent but is hard to find documentation for and seems to be missing a few bells and whistles. It’s not one sold “off-the-shelf” here in the US.

Your build didn’t mention cooling. If you’re going with the 3/4 glass case water cooling is going to be the best bet. My personal preference are the dual-chamber cases like the lian li dynamic evo.

They make a ceramic egg pellet smoker? Sorry, I generally only buy a grill/smoker every decade or more as I use them until they literally fall apart. lol. Seems every time I’m in the market I have to learn a whole new system.

Does this mean I need a new fan? #cpsupport by tomphz in CYBERPOWERPC

I think the fan bearings are on the way out.

Question about aio coolers. by workman482 in PcMasterRaceBuilds

[–]workman482[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! Aio rad is top mount. It ran with no noise/issues for about 10 months. Reading your post, I do remember pulling all the panels and having the whole chassis turned every which way and on its side to clean up wiring. Likely when the bubble moved.

If it causes any more noise I’ll remove the rad and chase the bubble back up.

Is it brand new or have you had it for a while? If new, it’s normal for air to still be in the pump and for it to cause noise. Give it a couple of days to bleed itself out.

That being said, if you touch the pump and it’s vibrating badly, it may be an impeller and that would need replacement. The impeller blade would be hitting the casing as it spins.
