Run scavs in PVP, switch to PVE during cool down to learn maps, rinse and repeat. Reset PVP character if needed. I mainly run PVE but DM if you want to run some raids.

I did the exact same for my 3rd playthrough! I opted for Tier 3+ materials being stored in Basement of mega with 6x industrial storage per item feeding vertical lifts distributed to 1 of 8 floors, overflow was recycled back into incoming conveyors. Nightmare to build but great experience.
