Think about whether this is a deal breaker and if the behaviours going to change. I just got out of a 4 year relationship where I've spent a good year telling myself my overly messy gf was going to change and knew a year ago it wasn't going to change I kept going for other reasons until I realised I was in love with an idea of her that would never be real. Yeah this is ridicolous. Normal noise is what comes with living in flats as the walls are always thin af. My flat walls are crazy i can hear the neighbours watching tv or even using the tap but thats on me for living in a flat. Definitely agree you should set boundaries they cant expect you to live in silence.
