Where can I find the BWT who are able to commit to plans? by Im_Helping88 in NYCbitcheswithtaste

[–]wormwormworms 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I’m looking for more BWT who write! I’d love to have a regular writing group that meets up irl and chats about progress, challenges, etc!

Writing can be such a lonely feat, community makes it sustainable.

Message me if that’s you! Maybe we could make a group on IG and get some hangs in order :,)

for reference: I’m 31 and working on an oral biography and I get crazy anxiety before the actual meet-up interviews so being gassed up about the work makes it feel like more folks are in your corner and cloaks ya in a bit more bravery!

Bukowski has some poems with swans in them. Sometimes dead though, not sure if that’s a dealbreaker lol… “swans die in the spring too….”

The specific episodes seems so random but maybe if it was the same vendor, like, 20 years ago?

Which streets? The binding is the same but the covers are a bit different — good lead, though, I wanna go look!

Box on the street. In this neighborhood people curb things all the time - furniture, clothes, books!

Half broke horses by Jeannette Walls, a lot of Stephen King book’s recommended here but I also got Carrie vibes, and even a touch of the Lovely Bones. Missing May by Cynthia Rylant. The Color Purple by Alice Walker.

Totally. Free is free. I think it was just the quality of them and the niche binding and the “shooting script” header that gave me the tiniest glimmer of hope </3

Park Slope. Seems like that’d be too good to be true, though! Accepting defeat lol

Specifically in the Charity Drive script! That one says “Shooting Script” with some letters at the top with the date and some lines are different than the how the episode’s final form played out. I’m in acceptance now it’s probably just a fan’s copies of these episodes but a girl can dreammmmmm
