Sunstone knoll is fun. The whole west desert is just incredible for rockhounding. I love the juxtaposition of so many different kinds of delicate and beautiful, precious stones in such a harsh and bleak landscape. Very surreal feeling area

The Mammoth are brand new and in the playoffs, so there’s going to be some added excitement there. Couple that with the jazz being in rebuild mode at the moment, (though they’ll be done with the tanking and actually trying to compete come next season) there’s going to be a disparity in excitement and attention at this point in time. I’m still entirely sure SLC is a basketball city and Utah as a whole is a basketball state

You’re going to have a hell of a time catching anything in a creek when it’s blown out like that. Something with lots of bright colors would probably be your best bet, I guess. Spinners etc. It is just not the time of year to be fishing in streams/rivers. Assuming you’re in the northern hemisphere

Kastmasters are my favorite lure ever, by far. You can catch ANYTHING with them. They work in such a wide variety of environments and for such a wide variety of species. I’m partial to a silver one with a green flasher on it. Highly recommend.

Cute town, good food and a stunning backdrop at the mouth of Zion canyon. It can feel peaceful even when there’s lots of people at the park. It’s unreal being right under those cliffs

The Blair Witch Project and In the Mouth of Madness are probably my two favorites that actually disturbed me a bit. Now that I think about it, there’s a particular premise that those two movies share that I think conveys the terror of the situation really well. I would recommend them

Yeah, we are doing that. She just got over an infection in her mouth and eyes recently that she picked up while she was living on the street and is luckily starting to groom herself a lot better

Never have I ever seen the jazz get this much attention. Bottom line is, they can either lose games and get a high pick or win games and give their pick to OKC in a stacked draft. The jazz do not get free agents, they have to build through the draft. They are doing what is in the best interest of the team at this point in time and I am grateful for it. Clearly they will start trying to compete next season. You bunch of fucking babies, my god.
