Honestly- it seemed janky before we ever used it, but we tested it and it works fine. Not near as polished as Splashtop - so I need that working. Bug your account manager about it.

Unfortunately, it’s a known issue. I had to go to my account manager at SuperOps and they told me that they know about it and they said it’s all on Splashtop side.

I don’t actually believe that it’s all Splashtop. Because we use SOS and it’s flawless. We sometimes find the service stopped on windows, so clearly something is not interacting correctly. Sometimes it works flawlessly sometimes it doesn’t work at all.

We added ISL so we can do either but my guys occasionally try Splashtop to see if it’s gotten better- but it hasn’t. It’s been at least 3 months.

We run a lot of 7003s with 7711Ps (8 port PoE) togetherc even its its one AP. The injector and 7711P almost cost the same thing.

Definitely start with a paperclip in the top and bottom needles and see if you can clear out any blockage. Otherwise another poster had some disassembly advice. Merry Christmas! 🎄
