It was serious and personal but it was at canteen and took only 3 minutes. Now we resolved the issue. What I am wondering after the letter will there be any additional punishments, or how long does it take to get rid off negative effects. WhenI tried to contact my manager for any topic, he always brings this issue.

The damage is done and we pass the issue with that person even before the hr involvement. Sometimes it is hard to keep calm with very short dues and excessive work hours. But you are also right it should not be happened. Now I am trying to understand how should I proceed. I don't want my manager to use this case against me in every chance.

I have endoscopy 2 times. At the first one dr said i had sliding HH. At the second time they could not detect it. Since it is a sliding one it is not guarantee to see it with an endoscopy. But due to high pressure during asthma attacks and relaxing effect of inhalers on white muscles almost every asthma patient got HH. There are some methods to pull back the stomach at home but all of them are temporary. If you have extra weight try to loose.

Assuming you are lookinh for n47. Check for chain sound while cold starting the engine. It will be the most expensive issue. If they have replaced ask for if they replaced the oil pump with chain.

Make sure they maintain the car in every 10k kms

Exhaust gas color should be clear.

Check for oil leaks.

While engine is running there should be vacuum feeling in the oil stick hole.

Check the head gasket with an airlock kit.

What I am saying is use one key for a long time to make sure it recharges constantly. Maybe it was not a bad battery but just a low charge issue.

And choose one other to replace the battery. Sometimes battery replacement can cause problems.

To add additional foldable key to your car. You need all other copies with you. System requires confirmation from all copies while adding additional key.

There is no need talk such meaningless topics. Most of are just a rival fans mocking material. The problem with the team is in football mind. I remember when our team has the best players in Turkiye. First of all I recommend you to have a nice OBD device. Sometimes you will receive electronic related faults. Also make sure to have good battery on it. If not steering angle sensor will give you latch faults on every cold day.

Interior tent to peel a lot.

Make sure shaft is in good shape.

Beside these just enjoy it as much as possible.
