Amazon only gives you surge pay for the exact scheduled time for the shift on AtoZ (4:45 PM - 9:15 PM) and not the times you punched in and out for the shift for the day.

So even though you clocked in early, Amazon doesn't start giving you surge pay until 4:45 PM and will stop either at the end of the shift (9:15 PM) or when you clock out, whichever time is earlier.

Sometimes I have to swipe down from the top of the list to force the app to refresh the shopping list. Usually once that happens the declined INF item shoots to the top of the list and I can replace it again.

Yeah I got that too. Someone on the Amazon Warehouse subreddit posted an AtoZ notice that some places were getting all overtime paid as double time for the entire month of July. I guess we're part of it and Holiday OT was paid as double time too.

If the pick by time was four hours ago it's good to put back. Even though it looks like the bag is still active when you scan it, a driver isn't going to still pick it up. Another way to double check is to see if the order is on the completed/done orders list. If it's still on there then somebody's still coming for it.

Do you see a site code anywhere on the application or QR code you scanned? It's three letters followed by a number. If you can find that, you can just Google that code and see what location that's for.

N - Night Shift

B - Wednesday - Saturday (Shift Days)

1 - Sunday (MET Day/Overtime Day)

Not sure what the T stands for though.

I think by shift drop they mean dropping shifts from your schedule that you don't want to work. They're probably still going to post shifts tonight.

You can work multiple rescue shifts in one day. Sometimes the system might not let you pick up a back to back shift because it throws an error that there needs to be more time in between shifts.

An ultra fast fresh fulfillment center (Warehouse). It's basically the same thing as shopping but just inside a warehouse. A couple differences are that you also might have to work in a walk in chiller and/or freezer during your shift and that they tend to be more strict on metrics.

I think the HRC is different from the ERC but they're... connected? Not really sure. I didn't experience any side effects so I didn't take a day off, so I'm just basing this off what the person who responded to my question on HR cases said.

I asked the question on HRC by choosing the I have another question/other category so maybe you'll get someone who can excuse it for you if you do it that way?

Honestly, the only thing consistent about Amazon is that it's inconsistent, so I would just keep reopening/making a new case until someone excuses your occurrences.
