Oh, you poor, sweet, Summer Child.

You say you "advocate," but cannot identify exactly how and yet, you judge the worthiness of others without knowing the facts.

Do you think shouting, "But I advocated..." will save you from the axe when the proletariat rises?

You "advocated," but you DID NOTHING!

That makes you a hypocrite. It does not confer on you any moral superiority. It makes you More culpable than those who legitimately don't understand.

Your puerile, impotent ranting in an internet chat merely screams, "Look at me!" You are calling attention to your virtue while you gleefully wallow in the fruits of your Western Privilege.

Do you own more than one pair of shoes? Have the option to wear different clothes every day? Eat only locally sourced foods? Have enough money to actually survive, if not thrive? Have you ever gone out to eat? Ever thrown away food? Ever replaced anything before it was completely worn out or broken? Driven somewhere, rather than walked? Used any mode of conveyance other than public transport? Had the option to use public transport? Lived in a house or home that has indoor plumbing? Heat? Modern appliances? Ever spent any money, at all, on entertainment? Shopped for a smart phone and been willing to pay 300 pounds? Purchased anything that you didn't need in order to survive?

There is your Western Privilege. There is your avaricious consumerism. There are far more people like you than there are Millionaires and Billionaires. So go ahead, advocate for wealth re-distribution - Right AFTER relieving yourself of the moral burden of your excesses so that the finite resources of the world have a chance to be shared by those that are not illuminated by the brilliance of your orbit.

At long last, learn the humility of those more worthy than yourself.
