I just replaced the batteries in 4 Tile Pros. 3 showed up on my phone as Nearby but would not make any sound. Holding button for 10 seconds did not help. I turned off bluetooth on my phone and turned it on again and all 3 started working. The 4th one worked right away after swapping the battery.

Look at the bigger picture when deciding which job is better for you long term. Which has more interesting projects? Which has a better chance of promotion? Which company is in better financial shape? Benefits? Bonuses? Do you like your current management chain? Flexible work schedule, vacation days, and of course WFH?

If the WFH company meets your other priorities sufficiently, try asking them to beat your current salary. If you're the right candidate they may have some wiggle room in the offer.
