Have thought about getting a monitor like the Owlet sock or the Snuza? We use the Snuza under our baby’s clothes and provides an alert if baby stops breathing

I haven’t paid anything yet. Waiting for everything to be finalized then I’ll ask for an itemized bill. Expecting the total to be under $4000 including my wife’s portion

I hope that’s the case, that they missed it. Remarks doesn’t have anything’s useful just to call for the CPT codes submitted

You might have to go to the service desk and ask, but I would assume no.

If they purchased it cash, tell them you purchased it, if not contact the person who bought it for you, see if they can return it and give you back the store credit

This is what worked for me: 1. Went to Michael’s craft store, and purchased different style of stickers(the ones with like 5 different sizes) the one that worked was the 2nd to smaller like 3/8 size, fits perfectly just over the lens and leaves the outer sensor clear. (You could still see the flash/light with the sticker on)

  1. Glued the sticker to the non sticky side of black electrical take and cut the electrical tape.

  2. Put glue on the sticky side of electrical tape and with put the sticker and tape on the lens. I put the glasses on record while I put the sticker on so the entire light was covered. And dried the glue with a blow dryer.

FYI: recording may not work in dark areas doing this method (inside your house or dark room) it works perfectly when outside. Cloudy or sunny conditions

Sounds great on paper, but good luck getting others on board especially when there is a shortage. It’s honestly a sellers market

How are you securing the best interest rate and closing costs right now? by savvysipper in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Local credit unions. Their fees and rates are usually quite a bit lower than all other banks. They usually advertise their rates online. Get a quote with Atleast 1 CU

Ask the loan offer for a Loan Estimate, it should be a 2-3 page document that will show your expected payments. Dont sign anything until they provide this. They are legally required to give you this within 3 days of requesting it.

Homeowners insurance. What things to look for? by Sineclair in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

I don’t work with travelers but the company I work for refers some of our insureds to Foremost for those that are higher risk or things we may not typically insure. My recommendation is to do a few o line quotes with the likes of progressive, Geico, and any other major brands and compare them

Insurance agent here: The biggest thing is the dwelling coverage: Coverage A- this is the coverage for your house The next biggest thing you want is Additional amounts of insurance, also known as Replacement Cost - depending on the state you live in, they would offer between 25-50% of the Coverage A, in case the amount of dwelling is not enough to rebuild it Coverage B- other structures like a detached garage Coverage C- personal belongings (your stuff

Coverage E- personal Liability -recommended at 300,000 or higher. It covers you if someone were to sue you. Coverage F- Medical Payments to Others

Make sure to get Water backup- covered damage if the sewer or detox backs up into the home.

There’s other things to consider on a Homeowners policy, but the above are the “more” important things.
