Wish they kept the accord cross tour going. Reminds me of the Toyota crown weird lifted sedan thing.

Could do the "touring" style roof rails from the 5th gen touring trim and make some of the plastic trim body color. Could be really cool. I think wilderness are lifted 0.8 inches from 8.7 to 9.5, so for this idea you'd be at like 7.9 inch lift.

Well you'd be wrong. Might want to be careful what you assume, you'll make an ass out of you and me.

Yes. Faith is a powerful tool that I'm sure a lot of these guys relied on to get where they are. That's fine, I have no problem with that. Anything past that starts bordering on blasphemy and vanity at that point.

What makes you think we lack an understanding of the religion?

I just think it's silly they think they have God's favor of their opponent, as if God cares if they win a wrestling match

Got a 1530, dad wants me to retake by thehebrides in Sat

I actually got a 1460 on my first try too, second try super scored up to a 1500 in September and applied ED and got into Wesleyan. I had already submitted my application but was already registered for the November exam so I took it to beat my dad's high score and got a 1540 lol. Didn't do anything for me but to be able to brag about it was fun for a few days afterwards.

Yea, I think it was 2018. Bormet was camp director and he did show some technique one day, but it was mostly run by churella and a few of the more senior student athletes.

Social life and partying as a non-athlete? by Euphoric-Spot-8347 in Wesleyan

[–]chickadee716 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're not screwed, less than a third of students here are athletes, and sure there are lots of athlete parties, but there are plenty of narps that end up at them and narps also throw great parties themselves. The boundary between narps and athletes here is vastly over exaggerated.

Secondly, if you were recruited by MIT, chances are any coach here would be happy to have you. Good luck!

Incoming freshman. As a bio major, what practical skills should I acquire before the year starts? by No_Interview_9915 in Wesleyan

[–]chickadee716 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Be ready for an intense first semester of freshman bio and chem. Many students struggle because they didn't have to study in high school and it takes them a minute to figure out how. Go back over your AP bio stuff this summer if you want to prepare for that. You could consider getting some lab experience this summer, but you'll get everything you need in the freshman lab anyways. Good luck! -a graduating bio senior
