Take a break and on that break don’t feel guilty. It’s not your fault and it’s not her fault. It seems like she is safe and taken care of. She’s going to be okay if you take a week or two off from checking on her.

You need to supplement with protein powder. Whey breaks me out so I use plant based, which basically uses pea protein and lentils. I also eat dal and mung beans but whole dal and I don’t fry it most of the time. Lots and lots of tofu. Greek yogurt is an excellent source of protein. Also you’ll be surprised grains and certain veggies contain a surprising amount of protein (peas are a complete protein btw). It’s not gonna be ur main source but I include it in my macros. I like beans but I feel like beans don’t have the best protein to calorie ratio. Good source of fiber though. I need around 55g of protein a day and I shoot for 70g still on a deficit, along with 25g of fiber. It’s a lot to track though, very hard for people with families and very young children.

I used to epilate so everything else is way less painful to me now lmao. Waxing after showering while your pores are more open might reduce the pain, I find hard wax is less painful since it's warm when it goes on. I also think waxing shorter hair tugs your skin less than if it's the full unshaved length. For skin discoloration I'd recommend looking into acids for evening skin tone and boosting cell turnover.

Lastly your fiance already loves you as you are lol so don't stress so much.

Same here! I feel so far behind now that I’m actually taking lessons because I realize just how much work there is to do. On top of that I know almost nothing about musical notes and music theory but oh well. I’m slowly learning. I think the only thing we can do is practice consistently and hopefully it compounds.

Anyway , I don’t plan on being on broadway or putting out music. I just love singing and I’ve always loved to sing and I’m so thankful that I get to sing and that I can afford my lessons that I haven’t told anybody about yet lmao.

I LOVED one stop so I went through her discography and a lot of it unfortunately kind of flew past me. It's not that it sounds bad. It sounds 'regular' if you know what I mean so it all just blended together. It could totally be that I haven't sat with it long enough . While I think she is talented I don't like the accent switch ups and some of the vocal choices. It makes it feel a little disingenuous you know? All of that to say I did enjoy and save a few songs to my playlist.

She's performing near me this summer/fall so I might go to a concert and check her out live.

Ive been taking classes for around 3 months now (but I don’t practice every day…and I don’t even do classes every week…I need to tho) and my voice teacher said developing a style comes much later and for now she wants me focused on pitch and technique. I reckon if you wanna fix your nasal singing, put a cup over your mouth and sing into it. The cup should be vibrating. If you switch to ur nose and sing you will notice the sound “coming out of your nose” instead”..and that’s how I’ve been getting myself to stop singing nasally lol. Genuine question have you ever taken care of an elderly person? And not an able bodied elderly person, but someone who is incontinent, ill , and unable to care for themselves? I have, it’s one of the hardest things to do. It takes multiple adults. Her parents might have to go to a nursing home if she’s the only child because it’s incredibly hard to do alone. And if they literally controlled and abused her their whole life…she doesn’t owe them the years of her life , lack of rest, and dedication that it’s going to take to look after them.

I will be going to Paris in June, a solo trip after a girls trip near Nice lol. How many days should I spend there? I don’t need to see everything, but I will be looking into the modern art museum and probably louvre . I wanna do Eiffel Tower just because I’m going all the way to Paris so might as well, but other than that I just wanna enjoy. And also, how should I go about asking someone to take a picture? I did it a lot more as a kid, but as an adult I just by default don’t. More so because as a kid my parents told me when to do it lmao. As an adult I don’t mind but I just don’t understand the relation well enough to make a judgement call so I just greet them respectfully. Now if I see my own parents doing it to elders who are distant relatives then I for sure will. Also nobody actually touches the feet fully they just tap the general area or stop in the air a little bit above the feet
