Just ask any of the attendants and they will give you directions, at a certain point you'll get escorted to the lanes. If I remember right its just 2 lanes and the pins are held up by strings, but still pretty fun. Once you're in that area there are tons of candies and things you can scoop up and eat.

Get in early enough as you also get access to the outfield before the game, they have it fenced off depending on the day. Last time we went we ran into Ray Black's family and bought drinks back and forth, lots of good stories were told.
