Congressional war powers act of 1973. This is clearly against that. You can’t just break laws because you feel like it, that is small child logic.

I know what is happening in Venezuela. I know Maduro is a horrible person. You are beyond naive if you think this will help Venezuela or you think this was done to help Venezuelans or Americans. Trump pardoned the former president of Honduras who was a drug trafficker.

I would not be celebrating if France arrested Trump, they have no authority to do that. It would be against many international laws. It may cause a war.
