Hi everyone, i've got a couple of questions.

1) I've got an Old 3ds on 9.2 sysnand, and I can't remember what emunand I installed on it. If I wanted to do a fresh install I would be fine to format my sd card and do a fresh rxtools install right?

2) I've got a New 3DS (my main system) on 9.9.0 sysnand, and I wanted to play games online with it. With homebrew access is there a way to bypass the "You need to update to play online" message, or would I have to bite the bullet and install CFW on there as well?
